Notice is here by given for a meeting of the City Council of the City of Cuero to be held on January 13, 2020 at 5:15 pm located at City Hall Council Chambers, 212 E. Main Street, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.  The City Council of the City of Cuero will meet, consider, deliberate and may take action on all agenda items.

10.1.

Discuss, consider and possible action to close streets for Market on Main events in March and October.

Requested street closures: The 200 block of E. Main Street to Clinton Street closed from Friday, March 27th at 10:00 AM, through Saturday, March 28th at 2:30 p.m. and S. Gonzales Street from E. Main to W. North Railroad Street on Saturday March 28th from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This will not disturb the traffic flow from the 100 block of E. Main Street onto N. Gonzales.


Requested street closures: The 200 block of E. Main Street to Clinton Street closed from Friday, October 23rd at 10:00 AM, through Saturday, October 24th at 4:00 p.m. and S. Gonzales Street from E. Main to W. North Railroad Street on Saturday October 24th from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This will not disturb the traffic flow from the 100 block of E. Main Street onto N. Gonzales Street.

(a) Deliberate the purchase, exchange and/or sale of real property located at 123 E. Main Street located in DeWitt County Texas.

Reconvene Public Meeting to take necessary action, if any, on matters discussed in Executive Session.
