The City of Cuero provides a voucher to each Cuero resident/household, per year, to have a dog or cat, spayed or neutered at no cost to the resident. These vouchers are available at the Utility office inside of City Hall and all you need to have is a utility account with the City. A picture id and a copy of your utility bill is required and your utility account should be current. Please help us to prevent the birth of unwanted puppies or kittens.
