City of Cuero Revises Utility Bill
To better serve our customers, the City of Cuero would like to introduce our revised utility bill. The revised bill now has detailed electric charges to show the exact rate charge customers are paying for base charges, term charges (city charge per kWh), and the power cost (per kWh). The full page statement also features convenient account information including meter usage with a new section for multipliers, the "Did You Know?" section for special monthly messages, and a 12-month rolling graph of your water and electric charges. The statement includes a payment coupon along the bottom of the statement to and a return envelope to return your payment in by mail.
Remember, the City offers several ways to pay your bill at no extra cost to you. Online payments are available online, By Bank Draft to have the balance drafted from your checking/savings account on the due date; By Mail to City of Cuero Utilities, P.O. Box 848, Cuero, TX 77954; In person at City Hall located at 212 E Main Street (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.); Drive through access through the alley behind City Hall (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.); Night drop located at the end of the alley behind City Hall (available 24 hours).
