The City of Cuero's water supply source is local-area wells. The current capacity of Cuero's water plant is 3.9 million gallons daily (MGD), to be expanded to 7.0 MGD with addition of two new wells the city is in the process of installing. The average water consumption rate for the City of Cuero is 1.2 MGD, with a peak consumption rate of 2.4 MGD. Storage capacity is currently 2.9 MGD.

No bulk water purchases after 9:00 p.m. on working business weekdays, or at any time on weekends or legal holidays.


*SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: WITHIN 100 FT. OF EXISTING LINE. ADDITIONAL FOOTAGE BEYOND 100 OR ADDITIONAL EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCE COSTS WILL BE AT 100% OF COSTS INSIDE CITY LIMITS AND 110% OF COSTS OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS. THE COST OF INSTALLING LARGER SIZE TAPS MUST BE CALCULATED AND DETERMINED BY THE WATER AND SEWER SUPERINTENDENT ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.
