city, providing electric power, water, solid waste and wastewater
management, and streets and grounds maintenance services to its
residents and businesses.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Beginning Monday, September 08, 2003, the City Utilities Department's normal business hours are as follows:

12:30 - 4:00 PM

Monday - Friday
|
8:00 - 11:30 AM
12:30 - 5:00 PM

Please note that while the drive-thru window will remain open until
5:00 p.m., only utility payments are collected after 4:00 p.m.
No utility deposits, water/sewer tap fees, electrical
temporary/permanent service fees, garage sale permits, etc. are
accepted at the drive-thru window after 4:00 p.m. Please arrange
your schedule to meet these hours.
For questions regarding city utilities or to report a
problem with your utilities during normal business hours, please

PAYING YOUR BILL
Cuero Utilities customers may pay their utility bills by automatic
bank draft (contact Utilities office for further details)
or by mailing a check or money order
in the amount due to the following address:

Cuero Utilities customers may also opt to pay their bills in person at the Main Street
address below, which provides walk-in and drive-through services
during normal business hours as well as two after-hours drop boxes at the
front of the building and the drive-through window.
