ORDINANCE 2006-14

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUERO, TEXAS, AMENDING
TITLE 5, CHAPTER 50: ELECTRIC SERVICES: RATES, SECTION 50.01 SCHEDULE OF
RATES, BY ADDING SL400 MH TO THE CURRENT SECURITY LIGHT SCHEDULE,
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUERO, TEXAS:
|
|
SECTION 1. That Title V, Chapter 50: Electric Service: Rates,
Section 50.01 Schedule of Rates, of the Code of City Ordinances of the
City of Cuero be and the same is hereby amended by establishing a
security light rate schedule of SL400 MH attached to and made a part
of this amending Ordinance, and there shall be charged and collected
from every customer utilizing a security light of the City of Cuero
Electric Department, for electric current distributed by the City of
Cuero to such security light customer, the rates set forth in the
applicable SL400 MH Schedule of Rates attached to and made part of this
Ordinance for all purposes if set forth at this point word for word.

SECTION 2.
That this Ordinance shall become effective upon and after its
final passage.

UPON MOTION OF COUNCIL MEMBER GOODMAN, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER SAENZ, THAT THE ORDINANCE BE PASSED ON
FIRST READING THE 6TH DAY OF JULY 2006.
