ORDINANCE 2004-19

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUERO, TEXAS, AMENDING
TITLE 5, CHAPTER 50: ELECTRIC SERVICES: RATES, SECTION 50.01 SCHEDULE OF
RATES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CUERO BY ADOPTING A NEW
SCHEDULE OF RATES AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUERO, TEXAS:
|
|
SECTION 1. That Title 5, Chapter 50: Electric Service: Rates, Section 50.01 Schedule of Rates, of the
Code of City Ordinances of the City of Cuero be and the same is hereby amended by establishing the rate
schedules attached to such Ordinance, attached to and made part of this amending Ordinance, Electric Rate
Schedule HUC and Schedule PCA, and there shall be charged and collected from every customer of the City
of Cuero Electric Department, for electric current distributed by the City of Cuero to such customer,
the rates set forth in the applicable Schedule of Rates attached to and made part of this Ordinance for
all purposes if set forth at this point word for word.

SECTION 2.
That this Ordinance shall become effective January 1, 2005.

UPON MOTION OF COUNCIL MEMBER SAENZ, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER ALLEN, THAT THE ORDINANCE BE PASSED ON
FIRST READING THE 7TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2004.
