ORDINANCE 2002-12

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUERO, TEXAS, AMENDING TITLE 5, CHAPTER 50: ELECTRIC
SERVICE: RATES, SECTION 50.01 SCHEDULE OF RATES, BY DELETING THE CURRENT SECURITY LIGHT SCHEDULES, SL 175
AND SL 400 AND ADOPTING NEW RATE SCHEDULES FOR SECURITY LIGHTS SL100 HPS/175 MV, SL250 HPS, SL250 MH, AND
SL400 HPS, AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUERO, TEXAS:
|
|
SECTION 1. That Title 5, Chapter 50: Electric Service: Rates, Section 50.01 Schedule of Rates, of the
Code of City Ordinances of the City of Cuero be and the same is hereby amended by establishing the rate
schedules SL100 HPS/175 MV, SL250 HPS, SL250 MH, AND SL400 HPS attached to and made a part of this
amending Ordinance, and there shall be charged and collected from every customer of the City of Cuero
Electric Department, for electric current distributed by the City of Cuero to such customer, the rates
set forth in the applicable Schedule of Rates attached to and made a part of this Ordinance for all
purposes if set forth at this point word for word.

SECTION 2. That this ordinance, shall become effective upon and after its final passage.

UPON MOTION OF COUNCIL MEMBER FRELS, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER RENTERIA, THAT THE ORDINANCE BE PASSED ON
FIRST READING THE 9TH DAY OF MAY, 2002.
