Fireworks and Open Burning Prohibited in Cuero City Limits

The City of Cuero prohibits the discharge of all fireworks in the city limits, and open burning is prohibited. The fine for these offenses is up to $500. In addition, the County has banned certain outdoor burning and the discharge of certain fireworks in the unicorporated areas of DeWitt County. These restrictions will be strictly reinforced.
