ELECTRIC RATE - SCHEDULE R
(Residential)

Effective January 1, 2005


Applicable:

To single family residential customers where all energy is taken through a single meter. Service will be furnished under this rate schedule subject to the established rules and regulations of the City covering this type of service.

Character of Service:

 

A.C., 60 cycles per second, single phase, 120/240 volts.

Rate:
 		Customer Charge:

$7.33 per month, plus

  Energy Charge:

6.61 cents per kWhr for the first 500 kWhrs
5.86 cents per kWhr for all kWhrs over 500, except
5.28 cents per kWhr for all kWhrs over 500 used per month in the winter billing months of December through May.

Minimum Monthly Charge:
 

The Customer charge.

Multiple Dwelling Units:
 

Multiple dwelling units where served under one meter shall be billed under the applicable commercial rate.

Power Cost Adjustment:
 

The net energy charge under the above rate schedule shall lbe increased or decreased to reflect the application of a Power Cost Adjustment per kWhr of energy used, calculated in accordance with Schedule Power Cost Adjustment (PCA).

Tax Adjustment:
 

The above rate schedule shall be subject to an increase or decrease in proportion to the amount of new taxes or increased taxes which the City may hereafter have to pay which are levied or imposed or increased or decreased by law or ordinances which were not in effect on the effective date of this schedule.
