ELECTRIC RATE - SCHEDULE SL100 HPS/175 MV
(100 Watt High Pressure Sodium and 175 Watt Mercury Vapor)

Effective January 1, 2005

Applicable:

To service to 100 watt high pressure sodium security lights installed and maintained by the City for customers at their request. Customers will be required to contract for this service for a period to be determined by the City. Service will be furnished under this rate schedule subject to the established rules and regulations of the City covering this type of service.

Character of Service:

Security lighting equipment, including lamps, fixtures, control units, and the necessary security lighting circuits, transformers, guys, anchors, fittings, etc. will be furnished by the City subject to the payments of an installation fee as set by the City.

Rate:

$7.72 per month, per light.

Power Cost Adjustment:

The monthly charge under this rate schedule shall be increased or decreased as necessary to reflect the application of a Power Cost Adjustment (based on established 36 kWhrs per light per billing period) calculated in accordance with Schedule Power Cost Adjustment (PCA).

Tax Adjustment:

The above rate schedule shall be subject to an increase or decrease in proportion to the amount of new taxes or increased taxes which the City may hereafter have to pay which are levied or imposed or increased or decreased by law or ordinances which were not in effect on the effective date of this schedule.
