A WORD FROM THE CITY MANAGER RAYMIE ZELLA
The City of Cuero is governed by what is called the council-manager form
government. The elected officials are the community leaders and policy makers
who establish a vision for Cuero. They appoint the manager to carry out policy
and ensure that all residents are being equitably served. The manager
coordinates the work of department heads and other employees, who help ensure
the smooth and efficient delivery of services.
It is our goal to build a strong community, by ensuring the continuous
improvement of community services and building the morale of the employees of
the City of Cuero that make this possible!

and establishing timetables to meet community needs.
