Notice is here by given for a meeting of the City Council of the City of Cuero to be held on July 12, 2021 at 5:00pm, located at City Hall Council Chambers, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.  The City Council of the City of Cuero will meet, consider, deliberate and may take action on all agenda items.

Call to order and announce a quorum is present

Swearing in of W. T. "Tony" Allen for District 3, to finish out term left from retiring Brad Hedrick.

1.      OPEN Public hearing: to consider a conditional use permit for 111 W. Main Street,     Cuero TX. The purpose of this request is to comply with the city of Cuero Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 9, Planning & Development Regulations. Applicant is Brooke Smith Jackson.

8.1.

Discuss, consider and possible action on the Airport relocation Plan.

"Accept the Cuero Replacement Airport Master Plan" prepared by the prime consultant QED dated June 17, 2021 and its transmittal to TxDOT and the FAA for their technical review.  This action does not obligate the City to pursue any element of the Plan until such time as the need for follow-on actions is generated.  In the interim, the City may coordinate with TxDOT and FAA with regard to the potential implementation of the replacement airport, including formal environmental evaluations and engineering design.  Notwithstanding the above, the City shall coordinate with DeWitt County on the purchase of the 100 acres from the TDCJ as previously authorized by the State Legislature".
