Notice is here by given for a meeting of the City Council of the City of Cuero to be held on July 11, 2022 5:00 pm, located at City Hall Council Chambers, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.  The City Council of the City of Cuero will meet, consider, deliberate and may take action on all agenda items.

Discuss, consider and possible action on request from Cuero Turkey Fest to temporary close South Gonzales and the 200 Block of E. Main Street as well as 200 Block N.E Railroad behind the Library for Ruby Selection Day on July 23, 2022 from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. to include Cuero Main St. morning Market Days.

6.2.

Discuss, consider and possible action on a request from the Gobbler Booster Club to have a Gobbler Kick Off Parade through the Municipal Park on August 17th, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, closing MLK Dr. and Broadway Gate leaving Main Street Gates open.

Resolutions


7.1.

Discuss, consider and possible action on Resolution No. 2022-17, approving a service agreement with Tanks Industry Consultants, Inc. to refurbish water tower and authorizing the City Manager to sign.

7.2.

Discuss, consider and possible action on Resolution No. 2022-18, approving Cuero Development project funding for exceeding $10,000 for the Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum.

7.3.

Discuss, consider and possible action on Resolution No. 2022-19 authorizing the submission of an application to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department-2022 Local Park Grant Program and authorizing the Mayor as the certified official.
