Notice is here by given for a meeting of the City Council of the City of Cuero to be held on [Date] at [Time] located at City Hall Council Chambers, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.  The City Council of the City of Cuero will meet, consider, deliberate and may take action on all agenda items.

Discuss, consider and possible action on request from the DeWitt County Historical Commission 175th Celebration Committee for additional funding from Hotel/Motel funds.

Discuss, consider and possible action on authorizing the City Manager to get a survey of the 100 acre property for the proposed airport.

6.3.

Discuss, consider and possible action on approving funds from the Cares Act funding to purchase two new police vehicles for $90,000.

Discuss, consider and possible action to use Cares Act Funding for painting of Splash Pad ($14,870)

6.5.

Discuss, consider and possible action on using Cares Act Funding for Golf Cart Shed ($13,280)

Discuss, consider and possible action to use Cares Act Funds for replacing new wood chip for playground area. ($27,554.46)

Discuss, consider and possible action on approving $15,000 from Cares Act Funding for repairing and replacing curb and driveways on W. Johnson, W. Cleveland, First and Gonzales Streets.

Discuss, consider and possible action on Ordinance No. 2021-03, ordering a General election to be held on May 1, 2021 to elect District One, District Four and two at large Councilmembers and declaring an emergency.

Discuss, consider and possible action on Ordinance No. 2021-04. ordering a Special Election to amend the City of Cuero Charter.

Second reading of an ordinance

8.1.

Discuss, consider and possible action on the second and final reading of Ordinance No. 2021-02, adopting "Grease Trap Regulations".

9.1.

Discuss, consider and possible action on Resolution No. 2021-04, accepting, approving and awarding the bid for the 2021-2022 Seal Coating for the City of Cuero Streets.

9.2.

Discuss, consider and possible action on Resolution No. 2021-05, authorizing submission of an application to the Office of the Governor on behalf of the Cuero Volunteer Fire Department for a 2021 Radio Project under the Homeland Security Grant Program.

The City Council may convene into executive (closed) session in accordance with the Texas Government Code when necessary and legally justified.
